About Wessex Cancer Trust. Wessex Cancer Trust provides local cancer care support services for patients and families living with cancer across the Wessex region - Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands. Support services include: free counselling, complementary therapies and befriending at local cancer support centres, transport services, holiday homes for respite breaks and grants for patients and their families. The Trust receives no government funding and so relies on the generous donations of individual, local businesses and grant-making trusts. Every penny raised and donated to Wessex Cancer Trust will make a real difference to the lives of local people living with cancer.
